THE LEFT HOUSE
One of the two boarding houses on the Estate. Known as the Left House because it is to the left of the Main House. Contains dorm-style rooms, a kitchen, and a common area. There are a few single rooms, but most are doubles.

THE MAIN HOUSE
The original Institute building. Built in 1878, and still standing strong. Contains the cafeteria, one testing room/lab, staff quarters, and a few rooms for new students or special cases who need a little more help.

THE RIGHT HOUSE

THE LABORATORY
Added after the Institute outgrew the Main House. It contains a computer lab, a sensory deprivation tank, a staff meeting room, and various small testing rooms that are outfitted for any and all psychic abilities. Locked up at night.

THE BARN
The only other building that was on the Estate when the Institute was founded. It has been remodeled into a recreational area suitable for parties. A large open space for dancing or movie nights, a pool table, a few pieces of gym equipment, with a pool and hot tub out back.

NEW ORLEANS
New Orleans. A bustling, beautiful city rich with history and a little bit of magic. Staff, students, and former students are littered around it's colourful streets.
